Our yard man, James, is such a nice guy. He knows William loves airplanes and come to find out, James lives on an air strip outside Tulsa. His home backs up to the runways and everyone in the neighborhood has a hangar on their property. William couldn't believe it.
In early October, James invited our family to the neighborhood air show. William was so excited. Airplanes did fly-ins and kids were running around watching all the action. The girls enjoyed it too. The neighbors hosted a picnic lunch and at the end of the afternoon, an airplane flew overhead and threw out candy to the kids.
I gave William my camera and he took most of the airplanes pictures you see in the post.
