First Baptist Church Alexandria Children's Choir

This fall, William has been a part of our church's children's choir.  They meet every Wednesday evening for about 45 minutes down in the Sunday school rooms.  William LOVES it.  He enjoys going to see his friends every week and many times, we'll eat dinner at church around 5pm with his buddies.

Sunday, Dec. 5th was his holiday concert during the Hanging of the Green.  The church bulletin said to arrive early as the seats fill fast, so I went about 40 minutes early to snag good seats for me and Dan.  Dan came later, dropped William off and met me in the sanctuary.  Camera and Video were fully charged and ready!

The 3 year olds are the first group to perform (lucky us!) and William marched on stage like an old pro.  His group sang 3 holiday songs and I was impressed that William knew all the hand motions!  He spotted Dan in the audience and smiled really big and then he found me on the floor up front with the camera.  Stage Mom!

It was a cute concert and I am so glad William had the chance to participate.  It was the perfect way to kick start our December Christmas celebration!
